
Apple cake
Ingredients
For 6/8 people
120 g of white sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
125 g of flour
3 eggs
½ packet of baking powder
3 apples
Recipe
→ Preheat your oven to 160°C.
→ Add the white sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder to a bowl. Add the rapeseed oil and eggs, and mix well.
→ Add the diced apples.
→ Mix using a spatula.
→ Then pour the cake batter into a buttered pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.

Chocolate and banana cake
Ingredients
For 10 people
2 bananas
100 g of white sugar
50 g of brown sugar
1 packet of baking powder
150 g of floure
1 pinch of salt
3 teaspoons of coconut oil
5 cl of plant-based milk
80 g of dark chocolate
3 teaspoons of cocoa powder
Recipe
→ reheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6/7).
→ Mash the 2 bananas in a bowl using a fork. Add the white and brown sugar, mix well.
→ Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add the coconut oil and rapeseed oil. Pour in the baking powder, followed by the 5 cl of milk.
→ Mix all the ingredients together, then gradually add the flour, salt and cocoa, stirring well to avoid any lumps.
Bake at 200°C (thermostat 6 or 7) for 20 minutes.

Soft chocolate brownies
Ingredients
For 8 people
150 g of sugar
150 g of flour
100 g of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
200 g of dark cooking chocolate
1 pinch of baking soda and 1 pinch of salt
100 g of nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, pecan nuts, etc.)
Recipe
→ Preheat your oven to 180°C.
→ Chop the chocolate, place in a large bowl with the diced butter. Melt in a double boiler, mix with a whisk and add the hazelnut oil.
→ In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla until the mixture is foamy, then add the chocolate.
→ Mix in the baking soda, salt and flour. Stir well.
→ Coarsely chop the nuts and add them to the mixture.
→ Pour into a greased cake tin and scatter a few extra chopped nuts on top.
→ Bake for 25 minutes in the oven.

Almond biscuits
Ingredients
Pour 4 pers
150 g of flour
80 g of sugar
1 egg
1 handful of whole almonds
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Recipe
→ Preheat your oven to 180°C.
→ In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar and almond oil.
→ Gradually add the flour and vanilla extract.
→ Coarsely chop the almonds and add them to the mixture.
→ Shape your biscuits however you please, and gently place them on a baking tray covered in parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes. Once cooked, remove the biscuits from the over and leave them to cool a few minutes.
