Organic first cold pressed virgin oils

Organic virgin oil results from mechanically pressing oilseeds and nuts just once. The full name "first cold pressed virgin oil” guarantees true excellence. This process allows for all the nutrients to be preserved, thus ensuring intense flavour and colour.

Some nuts need to be heated to 80°C maximum, to draw out their subtle and unique taste, before being cold pressed.
By selecting organic fruit and nuts only, we manage to preserve their unique flavour and ensure high quality for our oils.

Organic virgin oil is then clarified using physical and mechanical techniques (decanting and filtering).
